When characters rebel against their author's wishes...
Alrighty, my first fan art for The Host. And first things first... I LOVE IAN! Despite what the picture suggests, I don't want him to die! So yep, this idea came to me from ~TheHostClub's competition of bloopers from the book. I was thinking, what if the characters screwed up against the author's wishes. So I drew Melanie seizing control of the body at an inopportune moment. She never actually punches Ian, but I'm sure Melanie's wanted to many a time. yeah, crummy colouring again. Need to get photoshop or something. The categories are messed up, because I did draw everything (as per usual), in biro (as per usual), but just coloured it on my crappy not-much-better-than-paint program. huzzah. All characters belong to Stephenie Meyer. |
